Frequently asked questions

Q: How do I contact you?

A: To contact us, please call 204-362-0250 or e-mail us

Q: Do I need to supply you with hydro?

A: A standard 115 volt,20 amp electrical plug is needed for each Inflatable. Gas generators are available upon request for an additional charge.

Q: How safe is an Inflatable?

A: Safety is first! An adult must supervise each Inflatable at all times.

Q: Can I pick up the unit and set it up myself?

A: No sorry. The safety of the children is important to us. We take safety seriously and by delivering the inflatable to you we can make sure the unit is secured property and is free of obstructions and safety hazards. We also insist on reviewing proper safety and operational instructions with your assigned attendant for your event.

Q: What happens if it rains?

A: If the weather reports are calling for rain and you wish to cancel, please to notify us as early as possible. We do not change a cancellation fee.

Q: What happens if it rains after the bouncer is set up?

A: Sorry, we do not refund rental fees once we are on site ready to set up.

Q: What do I do if it rains while the bouncer is set up?

A: We recommend deflating the unit and carrying the blower indoors or under cover. Once we return to the site, we will look after the unit. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation if severe weather conditions exist.

Q: Can the children wear shoes or take toys into the bouncer?

A: No to both questions. Children need to remove their footwear and enter the bouncer in bare feet or sock feet. No toys, food, drinks or sharp objects in the bouncer at any given time. This is to keep your children safe and our bouncers safe from damage.

Q: Where should I put the inflatable?

A: Find a location not more than 50 feet from an electrical outlet. Select a dry leveled area, preferably on a grassy surface, away from low branched trees.

If you are planning to set up on pavement, please let us know so that proper supplies are included.
